HOW TO SLIM CALVES & LEGS⁉
Are your workouts actually making them bigger😱😫?

One of the most common question I get asked is how to slim down calves & legs without getting bulky muscles. You might be training hard everyday with leg workouts in the hope of slimming them down - not realizing you are actually doing the opposite and growing the muscles mass of your calves.

Here are some tips:

❌What NOT to do
1. Hill running or sprinting (high speed, short distance) on steep inclines on the treadmill will develop your calves and grow bigger bulkier muscles
2. High Impact jumping movements and also climbing exercises target the calf muscles to increase size
✅What you should do instead

1. STRETCHING lengthens bulked up muscles to make them longer and leaner. In the video here are some of the best calves stretching exercises that you can do on a daily basis. I also have a real-time stretch & cool down video on YouTube that you can check it out
2. Endurance running (low intensity, slow speed, long distance) on flat terrain or treadmill with zero to low incline is very effective to slim down your calves and legs as it reduces the size of the actual calf muscle, plus the fatty tissue around it (also all around your body)
